Gas station monitoring systems are never safe, with US-based ones being the most targeted. Researchers Kyle Wilhoit and Stephen Hilt set up fake internet-connected systems called “GasPots” that mimic gas station monitoring systems. The researchers warn that cyber attacks could cause serious issues.
